IFF - Administrative Assistant

Hours: Fifteen hours per week (equivalent to two 7.5 hour days per week)
Salary: £15 per hour
Location: Remote working opportunity with some time at The Boathouse, Aberdour Time
Responsible to: Camilla Storrie, Kitbag Coordinator and Administration Coordinator
Contract: Fixed term - consultancy contract. Twenty four weeks in the first instance, with the possibility of extension and development.
IFF seeks an Administrative Assistant to take on the important role of supporting IFF's organisational stability and growth. The aim is to increase, develop and streamline IFF's administrative capacity as the organisation's work grows. The successful person will be expected to take on a range of duties, initially under supervision - and to suggest administrative improvements over time (eg through smarter use of technology) as they settle into the team.
