For Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival 2022, Cyrenians Scottish Centre for Conflict Resolution joins with Dr Sara Watkin, medical advisor and Hannah Foley, illustrator, author and health professional, for a free online event at 14:00 on Friday 13 May. It'll explore the dynamics of conflict, providing an engaging and thought-provoking insight into understanding emotions and their impact on family relationships. Through making some adjustments to how we relate to each other, we can improve our relationships and therefore improve our lives. Drawing on theories from psychology and biology participants will consider the dynamics that make conflict tricky and reflect on what it means to be human
