Health and Social Care Forum *IN PERSON*
Created: 30/11/2021, Updated: 27/09/2022News on the cost-of-living crisis paints a bleak winter for many in our communities who are struggling to afford the unremitting rise of food, energy, and bills. This will inevitably impact on the health, care and wellbeing of our communities.
To help us discern this impact, Sheena Watson (Team Manager, Community Development, Fife Council) and a representative from Citizens Advice and Rights Fife will join our Health and Social Care Forum to present the latest detail on local poverty and crisis. As a group, we'll reflect on this detail and apply it to the context of health and social care. Then, we’ll discuss what your organisation has identified that needs to be tackled around the cost-of-living crisis, what is working well, and any additional challenges.
We’ll also discuss and share learning on other current challenges facing the health and social care sector in Fife.
Our Forum is open to any third sector organisation working within the health and social care sector in Fife.
This Forum takes place from 10:00 - 12:00 on 13 October 2022, in person at our office in Glenrothes. Book a place here.
