    Post: Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) Workers x2 posts
    Salary: £22,688.64 - £25,384.32 per annum
    Hours: 36 hours per week
    Location: Fife

    Fife Women's Aid is looking for two full-time staff to join its existing MARAC team, working with women at high risk of domestic abuse.

    If you want to help make a difference in the lives of women, children and young people with experience of domestic abuse, have direct experience of providing one to one person-centered support, an understanding of the causes and impacts of domestic abuse along with good interpersonal skills then you may be the person Fife Women's Aid is looking for.

    Applicants will have at least 2 years' experience of working in a support or advocacy role. Fife Women's Aid is a feminist organisation and strives to be a supportive and empowering employer offering competitive terms and conditions. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with a range of multi-agency partners are essential. Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is a requirement for this post.
