FVA Lunchtime Learning sessions to support third sector in Fife
FVA lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local third sector providers interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.
This session will be delivered by the Health Promotions Workplace Team who have worked in partnership with Occupational Health Professionals to bring together this course which is designed to support employability staff in realising the impacts of long COVID on individuals and how to assist in negating the associated risks – both to health and to business outcomes.
Course Aim: To help upskill employability staff in understanding the implications and consequences of long COVID.
Explore long COVID symptoms
Discuss the impact of long COVID on individuals
Consider the consequential effects of long COVID on business outcomes
Improve knowledge of reasonable adjustments to support workforce health safety and wellbeing and reduce risks to business.
