One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, The Salvation Army, is currently recruiting for Quality Performance Manager to join our Employment Plus Services Team.
A Quality Performance Manager who will support the Quality Improvement Manager (QIM) to implement quality objectives and policies in the operational work of the employability programmes and delivery of services. Also, working alongside the Regional Managers to complete quality and compliance checks and in turn the action plans for improvement.
You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of service delivery and compliance across delivery areas. They will be expected to review and monitor operations by auditing activities; providing feedback and guidance. Provide support to the various Quality Standards required (Matrix and ISO9001) ensuring they are achieved and maintained.
You will be key in providing training and the professionalisation of staff while working closely with the Learning and Development functions, having a key role in the delivery/assessment of the sector qualification.
