    Post: Clerical Worker

    Hours: 16 per week

    Salary: £9.30 per hour

    Toll Community Centre are currently looking for a clerical worker to assist their Centre Development Manager. The Ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of office 365/Excel and have excellent communication skills to interact with user groups, volunteers, and members of the public. Prepare monthly accounts. . Accurate record keeping. Prepare agenda for monthly management meetings. Take minutes at monthly management meetings. Update and inform the public regarding events through social media. Liaise closely with Centre manager and management committee to plan and develop the strongest possible relationships. General office administration tasks. Requirements are a flexible approach to working hours, a ''can do attitude'' and enthusiasm towards the centre's ethos and goals.
