    Post: Young People's Prevention of Homelessness Worker 

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £17,028 - £19,092 (Pro Rata)

    The Young People’s Prevention of Homelessness Worker is responsible to the Lead for Homeless Prevention for delivering homelessness prevention awareness sessions to young people in secondary schools, Fife College and local youth groups and to raise awareness and develop links which support access to early interventions, information, advice and support services. They are expected to provide sessions which supports young people to critically assess the impact homelessness has on communities, consider the issue of stigma and facilitate the development of skills and knowledge to prepare them for leaving home securely.
