The Support Worker will provide practical and emotional support for people. You will be responsible for assisting people in their own homes to manage their home, tenancy and to maximise independence and increase quality of life. The candidate should have or be willing to work towards an SVQ qualification. You must be enthusiastic have a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving, be computer literate, an effective networker, self-starter and proven team player.
