    Post: Project Coordinator, Active Tayport Project

    Hours: 37.5 per week

    Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 per annum

    Tayport Community Trust is looking for a Project Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for the day to day running of Tayport Community Hub, and for the implementation of the Active Tayport Project. The Hub is an exciting, new community owned and run resource, which will provide multi-purpose and inclusive spaces for arts, sports, leisure, community events, education, tourism and business, with programmes aiming to support healthy activity, learning and preparation for employment. It is scheduled to open in July 2019, and the aim is that the person appointed will be in post 2-3 months ahead of opening.

    They will work in partnership with all stakeholders, community groups, local residents, statutory agencies and the voluntary sector to help develop and establish the Hub as a vibrant and welcoming centre of local activity for residents and visitors alike. They will also work closely with Tayport Community Enterprises which will run the Hub Café, and with PLANT the Trust's Gardening Group. Subject to PVG check.
