OpportunityAbout this opportunity: Our long-standing Treasurer recently moved on and we are now seeking someone to assist us with this important role on our Board. The role involves:-
General financial oversight and producing relevant reports to the monthly Board meeting.
Bookkeeping, cash handling, banking and ensuring that all appropriate records are maintained.
Financial planning and budgeting.
Preparing annual accounts for audit and presenting accounts at the AGM.
The Treasurer will need to attend monthly Board meetings and these can be arranged flexibly to suit.Takes place: mornings afternoons evenings Mondays 
Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays Training provided: Vice-Chair who set up the organisation will offer support and guidance as required. Experience required: Previous experience of preparing financial accounts for audit is essential Restrictions on who can volunteer
