The service provided by Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) is free, confidential, independent and impartial. They are your local Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) and adhere fully to the twin aims of the CAB service:

    • To ensure that individuals do not suffer through ignorance of their rights and responsibilities of the services available, or through an inability to express their needs
    • To exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services both locally and nationally

Benefits and debt are their two most common queries, however at this session they will provide a short overview of all the areas of advice they cover. This includes some real-life client experiences and how CARF have helped residents of Fife with financial wellbeing as they contribute to ensuring "A better life for the people of Fife".

This session will be led by Connie Pilkington and Paul Rooney from Citizens Advice & Rights Fife.
