  This workshop takes place at Fife Funders' Fayre 2025 which is open to third sector organisations, community groups, voluntary organisations, and social enterprises in Fife that want to meet with a range of diverse funders to learn about the grant funding schemes that are available.

  This workshop will support you with your volunteer recruitment of Trustee roles. It will help you to consider all aspects of onboarding and how to find the right fit for your organisation. This short session will cover:

  • Preparation
  • Top tips for attracting the right people
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Onboarding – including next steps

  This session will be delivered by Pamela Bennett, Volunteering Development Officer at FVA, and Sharron Redpath, Capacity Building Officer at FVA.
