  This workshop takes place at Fife Funders' Fayre 2025 which is open to third sector organisations, community groups, voluntary organisations, and social enterprises in Fife that want to meet with a range of diverse funders to learn about the grant funding schemes that are available.

  The Scottish Government are determined to ensure that all those third sector agencies who access public funding are dedicated to promoting and encouraging Fair Work:

  1. that is inclusive, fair and flexible 
  2. applies to all paid staff, sessional workers and volunteers within your organisation
  3. applies to all people delivering services for your organisations
  4. focusses on dignity, opportunity and respect

  In Fife the development of such a Fair Work First Policy will be an essential element for the third sector to ensure governance compliance.
