  This workshop takes place at Fife Funders' Fayre 2025 which is open to third sector organisations, community groups, voluntary organisations, and social enterprises in Fife that want to meet with a range of diverse funders to learn about the grant funding schemes that are available.

  Find out how your organisation can benefit from Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV). 

  At FVA, we support ESV, where employees of a business take paid time off to volunteer during work hours. ESV is flexible, and you can choose the task, time commitment, time of year, size of team, and number of teams that you would like to offer to host. 

  You can benefit from the knowledge and expertise of the team of volunteers and will have a willing team ready to get stuck into tasks your regular volunteers may not have capacity for. Involving employee teams raises awareness of your organisation and can lead to ongoing engagement from some or all of the team. 

  This session with provide information on the following: 

  • What is Employer Supported Volunteering? 
  • Information about FVA’s support 
  • Requirements and expectations 

  This session will be led by Cara Nicholson, Volunteering Development Officer at FVA.
