  This workshop takes place at Fife Funders' Fayre 2025 which is open to third sector organisations, community groups, voluntary organisations, and social enterprises in Fife that want to meet with a range of diverse funders to learn about the grant funding schemes that are available.

  Make sure your organisation and everyone in it are properly protected. 

  Led by Keegan and Pennykid this workshop covers the key insurance essentials every charity, SCIO, and community group needs to know. You’ll gain practical guidance on how to manage risk, protect assets, and meet legal and funder requirements. 

  You’ll explore: 

  • The types of insurance your organisation should have 
  • How to assess risks and ensure appropriate coverage 
  • What funders expect when it comes to insurance 
  • Steps to review policies, claims, and risk management processes 

  By the end of the session, you’ll feel confident in protecting your organisation, trustees, staff, and volunteers, while ensuring compliance and funding readiness.
