  This workshop takes place at Fife Funders' Fayre 2025 which is open to third sector organisations, community groups, voluntary organisations, and social enterprises in Fife that want to meet with a range of diverse funders to learn about the grant funding schemes that are available.

  In this workshop you will be led through how your rights work as a community, in relation to requesting the right sort of lease, or ownership of buildings and land.

  Facilitated by Duncan Wallace, Community Ownership Support Service Advisor at Development Trusts Association Scotland (DTAS), will show how other communities have done and are doing this and what the impact has been across Scotland.

  The workshop will be as Q & A as possible, so please bring your questions.

  Participants can take away resource packs to support their work beyond the workshop.
