  This workshop takes place at Fife Funders' Fayre 2025 which is open to third sector organisations, community groups, voluntary organisations, and social enterprises in Fife that want to meet with a range of diverse funders to learn about the grant funding schemes that are available.

  Make your community’s money, jobs, and resources work harder for local people! 

  This workshop will introduce the key ideas behind Community Wealth Building (CWB) and shows how community groups and charities can shape fairer, more sustainable local economies. 

  You’ll explore practical ways your organisation can: 

  • Support local people and demonstrate local impact 
  • Build stronger partnerships within your community 
  • Align your work with funders’ priorities – all of which funders increasingly value 

  By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of CWB in practice and how it can strengthen both your organisation and your community. 

  This session will include a presentation and discussion with opportunities for questions and sharing experiences. It will be led by Lauren Bennett, Project Manager for Community Wealth Building at Fife Council.
