    To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership (FHSCP) is running two Move For Your Mood workshops. 

    During the workshops they will: 

    • Outline the benefits of activity for mental health 
    • Explore ways of bringing activity into our day 
    • Signpost to resources, opportunities and support in your local area and across Fife 

    The event is free to attend and anyone can join.
