    About this opportunity:As a volunteer, your role is enormously important in making quality improvements for NHS Fife patients. Volunteers will gather invaluable patient experience feedback using questionnaires. You'll do this either face to face in ward areas or via the telephone, from consenting patients. You would then input the feedback into an online system. The role requires, and develops, social skills and IT literacy.

    Maximum age:100
    Training provided:-Pre placement occupational health check -All volunteers undertake NHS Scotland volunteer induction training module which includes; Communication; Confidentiality; Fire Safety; Equality & Diversity; Adult & child protection; Health, Safety and wellbeing; Infection Control; Support & supervision
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Public transport fares reimbursed. Commuting mileage to and from place of volunteering presently at 28p per mile. Volunteers reimbursed via bank transfer.
