OpportunityAbout this opportunity: Volunteer at MoonWalk Scotland Saturday 11th June 2022 from Holyrood Park, Edinburgh! Help thousands of participants complete an overnight walk-a-thon in decorated bras to raise money for breast cancer research!
Spend Saturday evening in MoonWalk City, by joining one of 20 event crew teams, from 6pm through midnight - from registering baggage to handing out volunteer uniforms!
If you like nightlife, marshalling or giving out water whilst surrounded by Edinburgh's famous landmarks could be for you! Start times vary between 9pm and 1am, depending on your role, and last about 8 hours. We can also offer site-based roles at MoonWalk City throughout the night.
On Sunday 12th June, the early morning crew takes over, starting between 5 - 6am until midday. This truly is the most testing time for our walkers. Your kind and motivating words could be all that is needed to get someone across that finish line!Takes place: mornings afternoons evenings Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays 
Sundays Minimum age: 13 Maximum age: 100 Training provided: Successful volunteers are issued with a Volunteer Pack before the event, which contains a handbook and briefing notes specific to the role they have been allocated. All volunteers have a named supervisor, who will give a short briefing at the beginning and remain in regular contact throughout the night. Out of pocket expenses paid?
