Trustee Board Members Volunteer Opportunity No. VO89663 - Created/last updated: 09/05/2022 | ![]() Opportunity |
About this opportunity: | Seal are seeking individuals to join their Board of Trustees to help provide effective governance to allow them to continue their work in supporting the wellbeing of children and young people in the West of Fife. Seal's aim is to promote individual wellbeing by building on the character strengths of those children and young people who may face disadvantage because of disability, neuro-developmental disorders and/or difficulties at home, school or in the community. None of this is possible however without a Board of Trustees to provide effective governance and oversight. Together with fellow trustees you will provide strategic direction, ensure that Seal meet all their regulatory and legal requirements, maintain oversight of finances, support staff and act at all times in the best interests of the charity. These opportunities come at a challenging time as Seal looks to identify funding sources to help secure its future. They are therefore looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals who relish a challenge. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
