    About this opportunity:Sams is here if you feel that you are in crisis and would benefit from having peer support.
    We are looking for volunteers who have lived experience or an interest in mental health. Volunteers will help out with the running of the cafe. Serving tea/coffee/ refreshments, welcoming people through the door, informal chats, signposting and helping people in need build resilience (working alongside SAMH staff). There will be the option to participate/ lead in classes if you wish (art/ yoga etc). This role is flexible and open to ideas. Induction and ongoing support is given.

    Training provided:Induction training and ongoing support for volunteers is available.
