Volunteer drivers are required to collect surplus food from local businesses which would need to be collected each week at a given day and time and then transported back to the cafe. The food will be used in the cafe and/or offered to everyone for a donation. Collections may be from Sainsburys in Kirkcaldy, Tesco in Dunfermline or Greggs in Cowdenbeath for example.

Each store will have its own rules and procedures, the volunteer will be supported to follow these. Any additional training will be offered as required or requested.

Yes - Travel will be paid at 30p per mile.
