Hyperclub are looking for a professional volunteer administrative assistant to help with the paperwork needed for our organisation. The individual should have relevant administration experience and would be able to help on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10am - 8pm. The admin assistant will be expected to help out with any paperwork that the Hyperclub needs created, adjusted, printed, scanned, etc. and they should also be familiar with using printer/copier/scanner equipment.
The volunteer will be introduced to the other volunteers and informed and shown what type of paperwork they will need to work with. It is essential that they have admin experience as they will not be trained on all types of paperwork as they should already be aware of this. They will be offered vital training such as child protection, first aid, etc. as they will be in the building along with service users.

Yes - There is a volunteer expenses policy for claiming back expenses for bus tickets, train tickets, vehicle fuel, etc.

Takes place at Ballast Bank Community Centre, Inverkeithing, Fife, KY11 1DS. There is a large car park in front of the building. Inverkeithing Train station is a 10 minute walk from this location and several bus routes pass the building.
This opportunity is compatible with the Saltire Awards for volunteers aged 12-25.
