    About this opportunity:Our Transition Service provides support groups for Young Adult Carers aged 16-25 years, giving them respite from their caring roles, an opportunity to spend time with their peers and to experience new opportunities. Volunteers assist our Support and Sessional Workers to deliver the group, at which we provide a range of issue based sessions from goal setting to sexual health and budgeting. Volunteers are required to engage with activities at group, young adults to take part whilst providing a listening ear.
