The volunteer will assist in the running of the AO2 class under the supervision of the class instructor. He/she will work as part of a team and meet other volunteers and class instructors. He/she will help the class instructor to support and motivate individuals attending the class. The volunteer will have an understanding of the benefits of physical activity and be enthusiastic and motivated to encourage healthy lifestyles. On-going training opportunities will be offered.

Volunteer will be introduced to Cupar Leisure Centre, AO2 Instructor and class participants by Health & Wellbeing Coordinator. Volunteer will be invited to training sessions when they occur and will be supported by the class instructor and the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator
Out of pocket expenses paid?
Yes - Volunteers submit an expenses claim form once a month. Expenses are either 45p per mile from home to work or public transport receipts.
Volunteer should be friendly, reliable, honest & trustworthy. He/she will require good communication skills with a willingness and commitment to supporting people to become more physically active. They should have an understanding of the benefits of physical activity to enable them to motivate and encourage people to be more active.
