Kingdom Community Bank (trading name of Kingdom Credit Union Ltd) are looking for volunteers to represent them at collection points across Fife. Collection points enable members who are unable to come to their offices or use their on-line facility to have access to their service.
You would act as the community bank's champion in the local community, provide assistance to members with application forms, and collect members’ money for savings accounts or loan repayments.
You will be required to understand the principles of credit unions, keep accurate records, bank funds at the end of the day, post relevant correspondence, deal with members’ queries, provide information and promote services, take part in training, and adhere to the organisation’s ethos.
Kingdom Community Bank offers induction training to allow new volunteers to become familiar with its processes and procedures. Ongoing training is offered and required due to the nature of the business. Volunteers will also receive regular newsletters.
