We are looking for someone (male or female) 16+ with or without coaching experience, but with a passion for football and working with others. The role requires a commitment of one night per week (Monday night) between 6pm-8pm and match days on a Saturday (home games in Cupar, away games across Fife and Perth). The role requires leading training sessions to a group of female players aged 11-13 years old and also team selections on Saturdays. The club will offer the candidate training opportunities including SFA coaching badges, first aid certificates, child protection training and other relevant training opportunities. The post will also require an enhanced disclosure check, which the club will pay for. The under 13 season runs from March-June and August-November with no football through the winter months.
The volunteer will be offered a number of training courses relevant to the post and will also receive support from the Cupar Violet coaching staff and the SFA girls and women’s football coordinator.

Mainly based in Cupar with travel expected to away games. The club currently has no travel expenses scheme in place. The club train and play their home matches at Lady Inch in Cupar.
This opportunity is not suitable for Saltire Awards (for volunteers aged 12-25).
