    About this opportunity:As a mental health charity we at Castle Furniture have limited funds. We are progressing quickly and volunteers are a major part of the organisation. Due to the present Minute Secretary resigning both as Director and as Minute Secretary due to poor health we are in need of a new one. A requirement would be to be capable of accurate minute taking and computer skills to type them up and distribute them electronically to all relevant persons. Confidentiality would be of the highest importance.

    Training provided:Templates for previous minutes available and a mandatory H&S induction is required at the outset.

    Experience required:Previous experience of minute taking desirable but good general admin skills may be acceptable. Computer literate with awareness to the need for confidentiality.
