    About this opportunity:The gentleman uses a walking frame, he needs assistance to cross the road safely and to be escorted to the shops. He likes to have lunch in Marks and Spencer and will need help to carry his lunch to the table. The gentleman goes into town in a taxi with his escort. The gentleman would require assistance with any shopping he may wish to do on the day.

    Training provided:Induction to Guardian Care Homes policies and procedures. Mentor will be assigned prior to commencing the role. Visits to the resident, supervision and support for outings until the volunteer feels comfortable.
