What we do varies. It may focus on supporting an individual to access local amenities, pursuing a hobby ect. The most important element of each service is the people who receive our support. Regardless of their needs, we strive to keep them at the centre of all our plans and activities. We work to release potential and to help people learn new skills. We overcome barriers, seek out resources and create pride in achievements. We help people to contribute to community life as active citizens and to build social networks. Our aim is to work in partnership with each person, their family, friends, professionals and community groups to develop communities which are inclusive and responsive. We respect social, cultural, religious and ethnic diversity and offer services for both young and old, whatever thier support needs. We are proud that out work has a positive effect on the lives of the people we support.
