    About this opportunity:The church has been a beacon of hope for the Dunfermline community. Since inception, they have continued to partner with other charitable groups to uplift and empower disadvantaged individuals and families in the community.

    They are the new owner of the historic Erskine Building which has been unoccupied for the past few years, and they are excited about the opportunity to expand their reach in the community from this building. They are looking for volunteers to help restore the building to its former glory.

    As a volunteer, you can get involved in tasks such as painting walls, maintaining the gardens (weeding, planting, mowing the grass, etc) and performing basic maintenance tasks around the building.

    Their goal is to create a vibrant, inclusive and cohesive community hub that offers essential services and support for everyone.

    Takes place:

    Minimum age:14
    Maximum age:100
    Training provided:All volunteers will be given an induction, which will include being shown around the building and introduced to the team. Volunteers will have support from the Pastor and other volunteers.

    Yes - Expenses can be offered on a case by case basis.

    Experience required:All skills, positive attitudes and experiences are welcome. No previous experience is needed.
