About this opportunity:Kirkcaldy Old Kirk Trust is responsible for preserving and maintaining Kirkcaldy Old Kirk as a community venue, heritage centre and community music hub.
Sound financial controls and management play a critical role in good governance, and a Bookkeeper is required to help the Trust achieve this as our existing Bookkeeper and Accountant will shortly be retiring. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the Treasurer and other members of the Board of Trustees keeping a record of invoices, credit notes, funds received, and monies spent. They will be asked to get involved in the everyday financial operation of the trust reviewing such things as banking, till receipts, gift aid and general duties associated with running a successful charity operation.
