  About this opportunity:	As the main social media support for the fundraising group, you will become the main point of contact for all agreed social media accounts  •  You may also be required to set up new accounts upon request  •  Typically, this role will involve the following: - Promote local, regional, and national opportunities to fundraise, thus increasing participant numbers and income raised  •  - Share messages from other Marie Curie platforms, seek local stories from volunteers and community fundraisers and setup event pages on the designated Facebook pages  •  - Research local community pages and accounts and utilise opportunities to share Marie Curie content more widely in the area  •  - Regularly (at least twice a week) check comments and private messages - respond appropriately, passing on concerns as required  •  No expenses should be occurred
  Takes place:	mornings afternoons evenings Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays

  Maximum age:	100
  Training provided:	All volunteers will receive an induction and relevant training for their role. Support and supervision will be provided by your local Community Fundraiser.
