About this opportunity: | CiC were originally set up during the Coronavirus pandemic, providing much needed support in the community • However, since then it has grown significantly to provide a range of services for the community and individuals who live here • To continue to provide support, they are looking for volunteers to help with the following Food Collections and Delivery Driver role: This opportunity would involve either of the following: 1 • Store collection (Fridays) Fridays food collection involves picking up the empty food crates from Cupar and returning them to M&S, St Andrews, before collecting the new donations and delivering to the Community Café in Cupar • 2 • Store collection and home deliveries (Days and times TBC) Collecting care packages from Morrisons and/or M&S, St Andrews, and delivering them to families or people that are in need within the local community • They are also looking for volunteers who would be interested in collecting surplus food from the Community Café on a Saturday and delivering to carehomes/homeless shelters in Cupar • |
