You'll learn all about:
- Opening & closing the shop
- Daily admin & accountancy tasks
- Monitoring performance & training the team
- Understanding sales figures & targets
They ask that you are available to volunteer for 4-8 hours per week •
They are extremely flexible around heath, parenting, employment, education, or any commitments you may have •
Our essential training includes gift aid and health and safety procedures. There is additional training for various departments such as sorting donations, pricing, using the till, researching items, opening and closing the shop.

Yes - Travel expenses will be reimbursed on the day, please keep your bus/train ticket

Restrictions on who can volunteer
Oxfam do not accept applications from anyone on the Sex Offenders list. We may inquire about unspent convictions relevant to the role and you may be required to submit to PVG/DBS check ). As this is a supervisory position volunteers musy be 18
