    Training provided:All volunteers are supported by their line manager, usually the manager of the shop. Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland will provide all necessary training about shop procedures, which will be carried out under the guidance of the shop manager. Formal training will include online Manual Handling and Gift Aid Training.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed. These should be discussed with your Line Manager prior to outlay and must be submitted within the prescribed guidelines as detailed in the CHSS Volunteer Expenses Policy.

    Experience required:This is an opportunity to undertake a satisfying and rewarding role. As part of our team of volunteers, you will provide customer support, whilst working in a friendly atmosphere, providing an extremely useful and appreciated service to the charity. The role includes welcoming and assisting customers, customer service and sales service, stock control, sorting donations, hanging, and ticketing stock and helping to keep the shop clean and tidy.
