    About this opportunity:The aim of Care and Share Companionship is to provide support to people over the age of 60 who are living in isolation or loneliness in the Kirkcaldy area
     •  We offer volunteer companionship to help improve health, well-being and confidence
     •  Volunteer companions provide face to face, telephone or shopping support giving their time for an hour or two per week / fortnight, going for short walks together, attending groups of interest, going to local cafes for tea/coffee or just chatting with a friend will build a rapport and establish mutual respect and understanding giving both the Friend and Volunteer a positive experience

    Yes - By car or public transport within Kirkcaldy and surrounding areas.

    Experience required:No formal experience necessary, being able to listen and have a good conversation is all that is needed
