    About this opportunity:North East Fife Community Hub and Cafe need an administrator to support the Directors and Project Manager as we launch this new project
     •  This will involve checking e-mails, record keeping, social media, creating and distributing promotional literature, maintaining contact with supporters and other volunteers, financial records, letter writing, and taking meeting notes
    Takes place:
    Minimum age:18
    Maximum age:no upper age limit has been specified
    Training provided:Introduction to the project and tasks involved and the opportunity to undertake training in mental health, food hygiene and other related topics. One-to-one support is available from the Project Manager.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Public transport rates are paid and reimbursed every day/week or as required. Mileage rates are 45p per mile.

    Experience required:An apptitude for keeping careful records, experience or admin qualifications appreciated but not essential. Honesty, friendly demeanour and willingness to work on own initiative as well as good organisational skills essential.

    Travel DetailsThere is office space at a local church and once the cafe opens there will be opportunities to work in the same building as the Hub. There are bus stops nearby and also ample car parking.
