    About this opportunity:The main tasks are:- Ask clients the appropriate questions from the benefit claim form
     •  This may require rephrasing the questions slightly, or of giving examples, to help the client understand what is being asked
     •  Listen to the client and let the client fully explain the difficulties they may have
     •  Complete the appropriate benefit claim form as per the client's answers
     •  This may be done by hand or in some instances completed online
     •  Record basic details of the clients' health problems on their enquiry record
     •  Attend local team meetings for updates and mutual sharing of information
     •  Read Quality of Advice feedback and action any relevant comments

    Yes - Travel expenses are paid for petrol at 45p per mile or actual public transport costs. Expenses are paid on a monthly basis directly into a bank account.

Enjoy helping people. Other skills which would be useful are:- An understanding of long-term health problems or disability. Basic computer literacy skills (including e-mail/internet).
