Advisers provide a quality advice and information service • Advisers may undertake a range of activities with the client depending on individual circumstances, as well as write effective records of the interview on the electronic case recording system •

Give practical help, such as completing forms or checking benefit entitlement •
Highlight instances of Social Policy issues •
Record cases •
