     •  They identify key information about the client's problem/s, assess and agree, with support, the next level of service, taking into account the individual needs of the client

    Training provided:Training will be arranged around the availability of volunteers and staff, with the addition of practical sessions in the office. Dates have still to be finalised.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Travel expenses are paid for petrol at 45p per mile or actual public transport costs. Expenses are paid on a monthly basis directly into a bank account.

    Experience required:Good computer and literacy skills are important . However mostly we need people who can be a good listener and work well in a team. You should be able to quickly sift through information and extract critical details and communicate information clearly. Being open-minded and able to maintain confidentiality is vital.
