Give practical help, such as completing forms or checking benefit entitlement •
Highlight instances of Social Policy issues •
Record cases •

The Adviser Training Programme (ATP) is a combination of group sessions on a range of topics; time spent gaining practical experience in the frontline office and the completion of a number of online training courses. The next ATP is scheduled to begin on Thursday 6th September 2018 and will run until the end of December 2018. Out of pocket expenses paid?
Yes - Travel expenses are paid for petrol at 45p per mile or actual public transport costs. Expenses are paid on a monthly basis directly into a bank account.

Be able to understand complex information and convey this appropriately to clients, be open-minded and able to maintain confidentiality.
Good computer and literacy skills are also important.
