    Training provided:There is a mandatory 6 hour course on 'The Role of a Mentor' and Child Protection training , then a personal development training programme will be set up to support the ongoing needs of the individual Mentor, such as First Aid Training, Signalong, Food Hygiene, Wheelchair Support, Emergency Evacuation, Fire Safety, Disability and Epilepsy Awareness, plus many others.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Public transport rates or mileage at 45p per mile.

    Experience required:No specific requirements for experience were provided by the organisation.

    Restrictions on who can volunteer
    To become a Peer Mentor, volunteers must be aged 16 years of age or over.
