About this opportunity:
As part of your local Marie Curie Fundraising Group (in Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes or St Andrews), you'll help organise local collections, events and other fundraising activities • You'll also promote the work of Marie Curie and encourage support from your community • You'll attend and participate in group meetings, arranged at a time to suit the group members, and complete agreed action points following meetings •
We need you to have a genuine interest in supporting the work of Marie Curie in your community • You'll need to work as part of a team, and form and maintain relationships with your fellow group members •
By volunteering with us, you'll play an important role in supporting our charity locally • We'll provide all the materials and guidance you need and you'll have regular support from your local fundraiser, Jennifer • You'll also meet new people in your area who share your wish to support Marie Curie •

Out of pocket expenses paid?
Yes - Volunteer expenses are paid monthly. Travel can be reimbursed on production of receipts and 45p per mile can be claimed for essential journeys. Please get in touch for full details of expenses which can be claimed.
