     •  We have a range of opportunities that encourage self-growth and development, help increase confidence and self-esteem and can help people move into paid employment, education or other life changes

    Training provided:1 month induction, monthly support sessions, monthly team meetings, participation in 2 x 6 week training courses covering boundaries, confidentiality, mental health awareness, de-escalation techniques, stigma and discrimination.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Public transport or 35p per mile. Paid daily/weekly/monthly depending upon volunteer.

    Experience required:A willingness to learn, an interest in mental health, a committment to valuing people and working in a way that promotes empowerment, involvement and dignity.
