| About this opportunity: | Trust in Fife is a voluntary organisation, providing a range of services to homeless people and people threatened with homelessness throughout Fife • They are a Scottish registered charity, a Company Limited by Guarantee, and their activities are regulated by the Care Inspectorate and the Scottish Governance letting agency regulations • They are looking for individuals who have a working knowledge of housing and homelessness, who can help them shape their services to better support people in this situation and have a genuine interest in being involved • They are looking to strengthen their voluntary Board of Directors and are looking for people who have an ability to work as part of a team; an understanding of the pressures facing charitable organisations in the current economic climate; and a genuine interest in being involved • This role will involve attending board meetings and making decisions for the charity alongside the rest of the board • | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Training provided: | New board members are given information about the organisation set up and opportunity to tour the sites and meet with employees.
