They require an Administrator  •  This role involves: -Using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office -Monitoring and responding to emails -Setting up files and file sharing -Updating the database -Communicating regularly regarding classes This is a great opportunity for you if you enjoy administration and organisation, this could be the ideal role for you  •
  Takes place:	mornings afternoons evenings Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays
  Minimum age:	18
  Maximum age:	100
  Training provided:	A full induction and ongoing training will be provided.
  Out of pocket expenses paid?	Yes - Travel expenses will be reimbursed at 45p per mile or public transport rates. Payments are made twice per month on the 15th and 30th and expenses can be reimbursed as incurred as required.
  Experience required:	Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office 365 is required. Volunteers should be organised with an enthusiasm for administration, have good communication skills and work well on their own and as part of a team.
