     •  The organisation is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Board and take on the role of Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee
     •  The key responsibilities for this role include: - Preparing and presenting budgets, accounts and financial statements in collaboration with the Financial Officer
     •  - Helping prepare and present financial reports to the Committee, ensuring that appropriate and effective financial measures, controls and procedures are in place
     •  - Reviewing annual accounts
     •  - Ensuring accounts and financial systems are audited as required by law
     •  - Liaising with auditors/independent examiners
     •  - Monitoring and advising on the charity's financial viability
